All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@bhadohirug.com. We will arrange to replace the defective item with an identical one at no additional cost.
LOGISTICAL COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning any defective item to our facility. However, these shipping costs will be reimbursed via your preferred payment method within 10 days of the replacement being shipped.

WhatsApp us or email us to re-request a copy of the email. We will resend it on your registered email address.
I am an international customer, does return policy apply to me?
No, as of now the return policy is valid for customers in India only.
When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product is complete, after which the entire amount will be refunded. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been made or if the production for the same has already begun.
